“Robert was my PT for 2 years, thanks to his help I've gotten all that I wanted and now I am way stronger than when I started, and my body has changed a lot in a very nice way. I am strong, but still small. I love my reflection in a mirror. Now I can do things I though I wouldn't be able to do like handstands, l-sit, pull-ups and splits. I started with Robert to rehab and improve my mobility which was a great success. So after being able to move properly, he introduced me to the wonderful world of calisthenics training. Although very hard it is very rewarding. Robert was a great teacher, understanding, always checking before each session if I had any niggles or something wrong, and vert compassionate during those final minutes of the EMOM workouts.
Overall would highly recommend training with Robert. You're guaranteed progress with hard work and consistency.

Working with Robert as a PT introduced me into loving the gym, I wasn't very confident at any aspect of the gym, and frankly thought of it as scary. However, Robert made it very comfortable environment for me that I grew to love, He was very good at explaining every exercise and really encouraging when I felt unmotivated. He is also very down to earth and really easy to talk to which made the sessions all the more enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
