This would be achieved through detailed and personalised online coaching, tailored to meet you and your goals to offer you the quickest path to progress and achieving your desired results.
WHAT IS CALISTHENICS?
Calisthenics is a form of training that primarily focuses on using your own bodyweight as resistance, meaning you need little to no equipment to get a great workout in!
Calisthenics is all about the movement of your body through space in the easiest and strongest manner, allowing you to achieve impressive feats and skills without ever having to step foot in a gym.
What would be included in my online coaching?

FOUNDATIONS
Building the basics you need, such as the push-up, pull-up and dip, to then begin working on your first bodyweight skills.

INJURY REHAB & PREVENTION
Giving precise and measured guidance to help fully restore weakened and injured areas to their full functional use, as well as strengthening said areas to reduce the risk of re-injury.

STRENGTH & SKILLS
Working on achieving strength skills like the muscle-up, handstand push-up, one arm chin-up and pistols squat, with all the necessary beginner to advanced progressions.

BUILDING MUSCLE
Building an aesthetic and well-rounded physique in addition to being strong and functional.

FLEXIBILITY
Focuses on unlocking the full range of motion in areas like the hamstrings, shoulders and hips, as well as building strength through these newly accessed ranges.

FAT LOSS
Helping you to lose fat in a healthy and sustainable way that will also have a positive impact on your bodyweight training.

HANDSTANDS
Step by step guidance to get you from the wall to the freestanding handstand, to learning complex shapes and the press to handstand.

TRAIN ANYWHERE!
Tailored re-structuring of your program if and when you're on the move to still allow for high quality sessions and continued progress.
ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
